SHIPPING QUESTIONS
1. How much is shipping to my address in the UNITED STATES?
Please see the shipping field of the item description. Every item is different and you will need to see the info on the specific item in which you are interested.
2. How much is shipping to my INTERNATIONAL address?
International shipping is based on WEIGHT. Although the final shipping cost may be slightly higher or lower, MOST of the international shipping charges are between $25.00 and $35.00 for INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL (Large items) or aroudn $13.00 for REGISTERED FIRST CLASS MAIL (Small items, silver jewelry.)
3. Do you combine shipping?
Absolutely! Of course we can't quote you a final shipping price on combined purchases until the auctions end, but most of the time the savings are quite dramatic - especially on international purchases.
4. Do you offer insurance?
Yes, we do. Sometimes it doesn't show up as an option during checkout. If this is the case please let us know right away so we can adjust your invoice BEFORE you pay.
5. Can you ship using a different method?
No - unfortunately we have to use either UPS / Postal Service for USA purchases and US Postal Service for all international orders. We can't ship using your shipping account, either.
6. Can you ship to a different address?
To reduce fraud we only ship to the address on file with Paypal.
7. How long does it take to get my item?
It depends on your location. If you live in the boonies of North Alaska you can expect it to take longer than if you live in Miami or Dallas. Even still, USA shipments typically take around 7 days to arrive. International customers, unfortunately, can take a lot longer due to customs and international travel times.
8. Where is my tracking number?
The Postal Service does not provide tracking numbers, only delivery confirmation. There is no number for me to give you.
9. Why is it taking so long to get my item?
Are you checking the right address? A lot of people order stuff and expect it to show up at their doorstep without realizing that they have their Paypal address set to a P.O. box, or their mom's house, etc., etc... Verify the address before you start hollerin' at us. Sometimes, inevitably, a package will go astray. It is times such as these where it pays to insure your package. If someone steals your stuff, or it gets routed to Podunk, or it gets run over by a travelling circus, and the package is uninsured then there is little we can do. :(
10. HELP! My item arrived broken!
Step 1 : BREATHE. Step 2 : Have yourself a nice cup of tea and calm down. Step 3 : Send us an e-mail so we can figure out how the situation needs to be fixed.
11. On what days do you ship?
We are constantly shipping.
12. Why am I not getting e-mails from you?
eBay automatically sends e-mails every step of the way. If you aren't getting e-mails from us then typically it means that your web program is either blocking us or filtering our messages straight into the trash can / SPAM filter. Please check your filters before cussing us out for not writing.
